Refund/Exchange Policy

Please ensure you use the sizing charts provided to order correctly. Do not assume your size is the same as that you typically order in South Africa.

Items may be exchanged if all of these conditions are met:

  • All of the tags and packaging for the product are completely intact and in the condition which they were sent. That includes each item being sent back in its individually marked bag which must not be torn or damaged in any way.
  • The product has not been worn (except for fitting purposes) and is in the condition in which it was sent.
  • The product has not been altered in any way (embroidery, hemming, etc.),
  • The client assumes responsibility for the courier costs associated with the exchange.
  • The request for exchange is made via email to within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The item is not a special order (all special order items are final sales).
  • The item is not a sale item (all sale items are final sales).

​Refunds for product costs (excluding shipping charges & less R100 for administrative costs) will only be given if all the above conditions are met and the client can provide satisfactory explanation for the refund requested.
