Want to be sure you’re choosing the best fabric, colour & size to brand your staff? Scrubs Rx’s Fitting Room in a Box is the perfect solution. Each box contains:

• Matching sets showcasing the most popular colour options. You’ll be able to touch & feel the difference between the eight different collections offered under the koi Happiness brand.
• Women’s sizes ranging from XXS to 3XL (8 sets) & men’s sizes from XS to 2XL (6 sets).
• Copy of the most recent koi Happiness catalogue so you can view all of the styles & colours available in each collection once you’ve chosen your favourite. How to get the fitting room delivered to your office

Simply email (info@scrubsrx.co.za) or WA us (073 509 4294) with the following info:

1. Practice/business name.
2. Name of manager or other point of contact.
3. Cell number for that person.
4. Email address for that person.
5. Physical address for your practice/business including suburb and postal code.

Next steps:

1. We will email you an invoice for R5 500 to act as a deposit. Once your POP is received, the Fitting Room will be couriered to you.
2. We will email you an excel spreadsheet into which you can enter each staff person’s name, top size, pant size (including special length requirements if needed per the catalogue options for the pants). You will have 3 business days in which to fit all of your staff.
3. We will arrange for courier collection of the Fitting Room once you advise that your fittings have been completed.
4. At that stage, if you’ve decided not to place an order with us, we will refund you R5 000. If you do decide to place an order, R5 000 of your deposit will be applied against your final invoice.

Terms and Conditions

1. As the Fitting Room and its contents are valuable we ask that the items are fitted with care.
   2. Each item is encased in a plastic bag for protection. Each bag has an adhesive so please open each bag carefully so as not to tear the bag.
   3. Please do not remove the tags from any items.
   4. Please ask female staff to remove any facial make-up to avoid staining the tops.
   5. Payment must be made for any items in the Fitting Room which are damaged or not returned.
   6. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery of your order once all details have been confirmed.
